Back On My B.S. (Explicit)
by Busta Rhymes
Released: May 2009
T-Pain screeches out the "Hustler's Anthem," Ron Browz affects Arabic gibberish for the offensive "Arab Money," and Wayne and Busta celebrate their business acumen on corporate-pride hymn "Respect My Conglomerate." Somewhere in the midst of all those cliches, however, the album has its moments. The Neptures contribution, "Kill Dem," is sunny dancehall lite and allows Busta to break out the patois. The album isn't embarrassing, but it is predictable -- a painful assessment for an album by Busta Rhymes, who was once one of hip-hop's most refreshingly unusual artists.
