Café Quijano

About Café Quijano

Cafe Quijano comprises the three Quijano brothers Manuel, Oscar and Raul. The boys' father was a music professor and guitarist in several small local bands. It was no surprise when they created their own band, though no one could have predicted the success of their second album La Extraordinaria Paradoja Del Sonido Quijano. Their fusion of rock and rumba (among other rhythms) garnered them critical accolades and free rein which has allowed them to continue pursuing their alternative vision for rock en espanol.
