Like a modern day Cheap Trick, Cartel wrap their hooks in tight little packages of guitar-bass-drum crunch, only their points of reference are emo and punk rather than Fats Domino and the Move. Chroma has ten thousand hooks and choruses that Hilary Duff would kill for, and you'll find yourself raising your fist to "Burn This City" and at the very least, singing along with the rest. "Honestly" and "Say Anything (Else)" are the best of the bunch.
