Bolstered by the expert guidance of producer Elias de Leon (the guy who discovered Daddy Yankee) and a five-emcee attack, Casa de Leones steamrolled other reggaeton acts in 2007 with their surprise hit single "No Te Veo." There's no clear reason the song hit, but it did, and suddenly five emcees who had dominated the Puerto Rican charts saw their skills exported worldwide. Marginally more salsa-focused than other releases -- and undeniably featuring some fresh voices -- for the most part their self-titled debut rehashes the tried-and-true formula of most popular reggaeton acts.
