Cathy Fink

Although she's long been part of the Country-Folk and women's festival scenes, Cathy Fink seems to have found more success in the children's market. A strong Bluegrass and Roots Rock string-plucker, she employs her songwriting skills on smart songs for the elementary school set. Some have educational or social themes, others are full of goofy fun: think of the cast of Fraggle Rock wearing overalls and singing about the joys of organic co-op farming.
