Cesar Rosas

While perhaps best known for his fiery playing in Latino supergroup Los Lobos, guitarist Cesar Rosas is an excellent blues musician in his own right. Having cowritten a song with legendary bluesman Willie Dixon, Rosas is highly versatile, with a vocal style reminiscent of the late great Stevie Ray Vaughan and a penchant for reinterpreting Mexican folk songs in effective, interesting ways. A modern blues classic.
