CeU: The Rhapsody Interview (Exclusive)
Released: Dec 2007
Samba has a new face and her name is CeU. As talented as she is beautiful, she could have walked right off the pages of Vogue, but instead this innovative singer-songwriter is more often referred to as a musician's musician with her elegant mix of new and old -- part underground artist, part traditionalist. Using only her middle name -- Portuguese for "sky" -- she released her debut record in 2007 and has already been nominated for two Grammys. Speaking to Rhapsody, CeU confesses to wearing rabbit ears onstage, her love for Fionna Apple and Ben Harper, then dazzles with her erudite philosophy of the Samba.
