A real oddity, this has Baker's ace NYC band (dominated by Herbie Mann's flute work) backing an energetic crooner whose career would never really take off. No complaints about the backing, and while Pace has an OK voice, his punchy show-biz delivery (think Steve Lawrence) doesn't particularly swing nor pay much attention to the lyric.
