Chuck Wicks

Sometimes singers are thrust into stardom overnight with a team of managers, stylists and producers sculpting their every move. Others, like country singer Chuck Wicks, have to pay their dues first. He had already put in several years parking cars in Nashville and assisting songwriters on Music Row before releasing his debut 2008 album, Starting Now. Wicks worked alongside famed Nashville songwriters including Monty Powell (Keith Urban, Brooks & Dunn) and George Teren (Brad Paisley, Tim McGraw) on the critically acclaimed release.
