Puerto Rico's Circo takes a few steps back with this release -- in a good way. Marrying retro '80s textures with heartfelt lyrics about universal human struggles, the result is weirdly -- and enjoyably -- lighthearted. "Un Accidente" and "Amelia" are perfect pop confections; they also cover "Ni Tu Ni Nadie" by Spain's Alaska y Dinarama.
