Course of Empire

Course of Empire survived the folding of their label, Zoo Records, and released their strongest album to date, Telepathic Last Words (1998). They're often filed alongside Queensryche for weaving political content into shape-shifting Metal epics. The comparison sticks most of the time, though C.O.E. tend to be harder, tougher, more Industrial -- and some would say, better.
