Biography
Dale Hawkins is largely a one-hit wonder, but what a hit! The original author of the Blues Rock standard "Suzie Q," the entertainer is celebrated for his humorous delivery and strong ties to the blues. Like Ronnie Dawson, he is a Rockabilly war horse who has continued to record into the '90s.
