Biography

David Mallett is the folky voice of northern New England. His now standard "The Garden Song" has been covered by everyone from Arlo Guthrie to the Muppets, but other material of his has been chosen by such luminaries as Emmylou Harris and Kathy Mattea. Alternating between straight folk songs and countrified acoustic numbers, he sings in a crisp friendly voice and will appeal to the country fan as well as the folk fan.
