They lasted for just three albums on Green Linnet, but this Country Antrim band had a bit of an impact. The group clearly has their trad chops intact, as their song-choice demonstrates, while vocalist Mary Dillon ably handles the ballads, sounding clear and appropriately sentimental while a harp twitters behind her. Beware, however: there's a whiff of the new age to some of the arrangements that might annoy purists.
