Domino

Not to be confused with the Hieroglyphics producer of the same name, Long Beach emcee Domino scored crossover hits with both "Getto Jam" and "Sweet Potato Pie" off his 1993 self-titled debut. His smooth sing-song rhyme style and mellow production was a hit with listeners both inside and outside the rap market. Domino released three more albums in the second half of the '90s, though none matched his earlier success.
