Does the song title "She Cranks My Tractor" even count as a metaphor? Who cares? Tennessee good ol' boy Dustin Lynch's debut is a warm, rousing, infectious fount of fuel-injected, occasionally (slightly) harder-rocking pop-country, plowing the same fields as superstar labelmate Jason Aldean: small towns, pickup trucks, angelic country girls with a little devil in 'em, too. "Cowboys and Angels" has the witty sweetness of Brad Paisley; "Hurricane" is a credibly stormy climax. ("Is it any wonder they name them after women?") Plenty of budding dirt road anthems here.
