A two-fer of Cochran's mid-'50s releases. His original albums have been poorly repackaged over the years, so it's nice to see EMI dust these off and touch them up. The first LP has some raw beauty, but the excessive ballads mean it's best heard while impregnating your girlfriend in the balcony. The second album is dirtier, crunchier and, therefore, the one to hear.
