Biography
With lyrics like, "I should have left a long time ago. / Who needs you? / I got Mexico" what is there not to love about Eddy Raven? His Countrified dad-rock songs spin stories of the easy dreamer with all the elements of a good Honky-Tonk country band backing him up. Having grown up in Louisana, Raven absorbed the music and ended up playing many kinds of music from Cajun-hot Swamp Pop to greasy and gritty Electric Delta Blues, and down-home Country Rock. He has also worked with Dr. John, as well as Professor Longhair, Dale & Grace, and John Fred & the Playboys.
