A good intro to one of the major figures in blues, not to mention guitar rage in general. The overall sound of these alternately smoky and smoking blues standards is worth the price of admission alone. James' perpetually stinging guitar sounds like something you would use to try and strangle 007 from behind a hotel curtain. Elmore James simply defines Chicago blues.
