An excellent collection of Elvis' timeless Christmas songs. Highlights include the bluesy crash of "Santa Claus Is Back In Town" and the weeping backup singers on "Blue Christmas." As the album spans his entire career, there are some clunkers toward the end, but on the whole this is a pleasant listen. Seekers of weirdo Elvis irony will be pleased by "Mama Liked The Roses."
