Faron Young's mix of honky-tonk and vocal pop made for some of the smoothest sounds in all of country music. Although this comp starts in the mid-1960s and leaves out some of his great cuts from the '50s, you still get superb quintessential country pop in the form of "Keepin' Up With The Joneses" and "Wine Me Up."
