A Bay Area crew headed by platinum producer Ric Rock, Federation are best known for their anthem "Hyphy." On their debut album, the three-man team comes with songs tailor-made for the club-thug set, full of hyperactive rhyme attacks, hard-knocking beats and keyboards galore. "Donkey" and "Go Dumb" are especially tight.
