Colombia's vallenato-pop star-in-waiting (move over, Juanes!), Fonseca gets a bit braver on his third outing, flirting with techno and trip-hop, hints of tango, some rock guitar, even English. Fonseca isn't the poet - or closet rebel - that Juanes is, and his music, though it shares so many elements with Juanes', hews closer to radio-friendly romanticism. But it's also unashamedly sunny, and so nicely executed that you'll like it despite yourself. The album gets a bit leggy for all its experiments, but the hits are here, tucked in among the beach towels and linen shirts.
