Franz Ferdinand is already hella cheeky -- all tight jeans, shimmy-shakin' beats and vague innuendo -- and these four remixes smack the Scottish lads right across the kisser. Focusing on the zipped-up rhythm section of Robert Hardy and Paul Thomson and leaving Alex Kapranos' vocals entirely out of the mix, London DJ star Erol Alkan turns "Do You Want To" into a bigger-beat raver, while French duo Justice dismantle the lyrics of "The Damned" and rebuild the tune with manic cut-and-paste glee.
