Biography

The trio behind the Crew (Blanco, Pablo, and Manwell) met during a group Bible study. Realizing one another shared a common musical groove for peppy, playful, melodic hip-hop, it was a short leap between worship collaboration and signing with Fervent Records for the debut of their self-titled EP. The four-track preview carried their abbreviated name (G1C), while also self-titled full-length introduced them more completely as Group 1 Crew.
