Here's the story: two best buddies grow up a county apart in Kentucky. They spend all their time together doing things that Southern boys do -- racing BMX bikes, riding ATVs like hell, and apparently listening to a lot of Bon Jovi and George Jones. They start a countrified band and name it after the town that they were halfway between. Their debut record combines rambunctious energy with a ton of twang. Although "Daisy" is the red state thematic single, these boys are better when they focus on the up-tempo rock-infused jams.
