Seminal avant-metal pioneers Harvey Milk reformed in 2006, following eight years of inactivity during which their penchant for glacial tempos and early man howls became the mother tongue in extreme metal circles. This, the band's previously unreleased debut album, was recorded in the early '90s by legendary underground engineer Bob Weston. Harvey Milk's material has been almost impossible to find except by the most diligent seekers of experimental music, and the offering of this by the good folks at Hydra Head is a genuine service.
