Remembering all that Bill of Rights stuff from social studies class, these fun-loving Denver thrashers goofily trace metal's worldview (and Megadeth's ellipses) to Patrick Henry in "Give Me Liberty ... Or Give Me Death." Their sound in the first few songs -- Keystone-Cop-race guitars, lead vocals getting rappy or chipmunky or stuttering like Steve Tyler, Redd Kross-cute backup vocals in "Is It True," drum and bass breaks that swing (especially in "Under The Gun"), catchy choruses galore -- shows chutzpah, too. Later they try to act more wicked, but covering old Sabbath makes up for it.
