Released: Jan 1990

The normally sedate flautist James Galway kicks it up a notch for his second collaboration with the Chieftains on this album of Scottish and Irish airs recorded in Australia. See "Three Hornpipes" for some excellent fiddling from Sean Keane, as well as some barrelhouse harpsichord. For an even bigger treat, check out the final live tracks, including the finale "Solo Salutes" where each player tears one up between choruses of "Rachamid Bhean Bheag."
