James Morrison (Modern Rock)

With his soulful pop howl, James Morrison is a British singer and songwriter with more grit than the post-Coldplay soft boys next to whom he is often filed. Morrison started playing piano and guitar as a boy in rural England, and won over the British pop scene when he was only 20-years-old. His first single, "You Give Me Something," immediately topped singles charts in the UK and the LP that followed, Undiscovered, rose to the top of UK album charts when it was released in July of 2006. Undiscovered saw a US release in March of 2007.
