Jeff Greinke

About Jeff Greinke

Sound sculptor and atmosphere-creator Jeff Greinke has been releasing his own melancholic and occasionally rhythmic sound constructions since the early '80s. Earlier works owed much to the spacious, rural and exotic ambiance of Brian Eno, while his newer works have become much warmer, fuller compositions, filled with darker tones and more Third World influences. His music lingers and shifts in the air like the fog slowly creeping over the city just before the ground cracks open and the sky turns red.
