Biography

With the help of heavy hitters like songwriter Kike Santander and producer Emilio Estefan Jr., singer Jennifer Pena has grabbed the spotlight as an up-and-coming cumbia star. While the strength of her voice won't knock you over, it does have a genuine sweetness -- garnering her the 2003 "Female Artist of the Year" title at the Premio Lo Nuestro awards.
