Jigmastas

The Brooklyn duo of DJ Spinna and MC Kriminul, the Jigmastas have been making serious moves in the ever-crowded hip-hop landscape. After building a strong reputation through numerous quality 12"s and appearances on compilations like Superrappin', Independent's Day, and Hip-Hop 101, they dropped their first EP Grass Roots - Lyrical Fluctuation in 2000. Known for their high-quality beats, deliciously smooth samples, and strong wordplay, they've amassed a dedicated following around the world. In 2001, the Jigmastas released their first full-length, Infectious.
