Rock star slacker manifesto "Life's Been Good" became Joe Walsh's biggest hit when his fourth studio album hit the shelves in 1978. With the entire Eagles crew and members of his old band Barnstorm helping him out in the studio, Walsh turns out a mellow, wine-woozy definition of late '70s L.A. rock. That means there are as many congas as guitars and the tempos go great with "making it" on the water bed. Keep your ears peeled for Walsh's trademark melodic knack ("At the Station") and moments of guitar brilliance ("Theme From Boat Weirdos") amid the somewhat questionable goofball mentality.
