Biography
Although John Berry is a country artist who makes his records in Nashville, his music -- like that of many of his contemporaries -- hews much closer to the saccharine platitudes and sensitive balladry of 1970s soft rock. He has a powerfully expressive tenor voice that's perfectly suited to singing ballads, and this has propelled his records into the charts a number of times.
