"I Can Love You Like That" hit No. 1, but it's the high-speed brilliance of the other No. 1 track from Montgomery's third album, "Sold (The Grundy County Auction Incident)" (which was also the No. 1 country song of all of 1995), that put the Kentucky-born singer in a class with the biggest new country hitmakers. Three more songs, "No Man's Land," "Cowboy Love" and "Long as I Live" were all Top 10 singles, continuing the mega-success brought by Montgomery's first two albums.
