Biography

Harmonica player Dyer and guitarist Holstrom kick up a storm of Jump Blues, Chicago Blues, and 1950s R&B. Holstrom's day job as lead guitarist in the Mighty Flyers, a California-based blues band legendary on the club circuit, doesn't really exercise the full scope of his playing abilities revealed here. Dyer, a Southern-born road veteran, brings gritty vocals and his deftly swinging harmonica style to the mix.
