Remember when Juanes was the long-haired rocker from Ekhymosis? This Miami live recording (produced by Juan Luis Guerra) revels in the Colombian singer's evolution into mature cantautor, and boy, does he wear it like a tight t-shirt. Unplugged is pure romance. Woo-ready balladry abounds, from hushed new cut "Todo En Mi Vida Eres Tú" to the feathery falsetto that closes "Volverte a Ver." But this is also a labor of love for fans: He croons beloved hits like he's whispering in your ear, but he also shows his playful side on tracks like "Azul Sabina," a blithe, jazzy duet with Joaquin Sabina.
