About Julio Preciado Y Su Banda Perla de Pacifico

Julio Preciado cut his teeth as a vocalist first with la Banda el Limon and later in Mexico's premier traditional band, Don Cruz Lizarraga's la Banda el Recodo. He sang with Recodo for six years before deciding that it was time to form his own group, Banda Perla de Pacifico. The gamble paid off; Preciado's first album was a huge success. Preciado dueted with the great Juan Gabriel on his second album, and dedicated his third album to saluting Tejano great Ramon Ayala.
