Don’t be fooled. This isn’t a holiday album, instead it’s a rerelease of Jobe’s Where I Find You with three Christmas tracks added. She’s not the first to get this “Christmas Edition” treatment, and it’s arguably not the best way to present new music. It muddies what was a great standalone album and risks the new music getting lost in the shuffle. That said, the songs are good. “When Hope Came Down” is a great fit for Jobe’s signature worshipful sound and her breathy vocals on “Messiah” make the track. Lastly, “O Holy Night” is given a welcome worship makeover making it a near-perfect cover.
