This perfectly disposable pop single does exactly what it should: It shows off DeLuna's Beyonce-wannabe vocal style and proves she can (almost) take on dancehall's Elephant Man. The song itself sounds like it should be blaring over the sound system of some skanky mall store, what with the frenzied pace and DeLuna's incessant "whine up"s. But Elephant Man's always a delight, and when DeLuna channels Ivy Queen on a brief rapped verse, it outshines everything else about the song. DeLuna's not an original, but she's hungry, and that counts for a lot.
