Cole's got a great voice, and there's more than enough on this album to keep her career ascendant. But Just Like You suffers from a slightly monotonous emotional state. The reality is a bit of both. Cole can sing an inner monologue and make you feel it to your core. But she has so much to offer as a singer that she deserves material that goes beyond relationship complaints now and then.
