Leslie Mills

Leslie Mills was once the vocalist behind major label hopefuls To The Moon Alice. The group's hopes were dashed during the Vivendi-Universal merger in the late 1990s, and Mills instead took the solo route. Whereas To The Moon Alice opted to curry the favor of the Lilith Fair/Birkenstock crowd, Mills as a solo artist is pursuing something much catchier. Lively production, blips and crunchy guitars mark her best moments, creating breathy, sharp pop in the Avril Lavigne mold.
