This EP of outtakes from Los Amigos' smash Commercial is not the usual full-scale roller-skating love-train disco-party extravaganza, but a behind-the-scenes peek at the craftsmanship that goes into throwing such a fabulous party. Without the narrative arc of the full party experience, you can home in on the creation of the bells and whistles: Listen in as they swirl in layer after layer of sound or try different lyrics over a killer groove (as on "Critical" and "La Lluvia..." -- which both include the interesting introduction of what sounds like a Middle Eastern kanun).
