Sounds similar to the Exploited when, on Horror Epics, they stretched out their songs with longer instrumental bits and slow, doom-filled tempos. Lower Class Brats could race ahead at blinding Discharge when they please, but they also know how to build Hitchcock-esque tension. Ominous Punk from the dark end of the street.
