Lucy Reed

Reed was a chanteuse of the Cool school who recorded for Fantasy Records during the '50s. She worked with Bill Evans, Charlie Ventura, and Woody Herman, but even with her clear, powerful, voice, she faded from view. She is, however, well worth re-discovering.
