Label: Rhino/Elektra

The opening version of "Bonnie & Clyde" is too close to Serge Gainsbourg's brilliant original to get Lunafied but after that the band's personality takes over on everthing from Donovan's "Season of the Witch" to Tom Rush's "No Regrets" (where Dean Warehan once again shows that his stoic vocal style can paint a powerful emotional portraits). Other highlights include Luna working through Wire's "Outdoor Miner" and the Dream Syndicate's "That's What You Always Say."
