Biography
Mark O'Connor started off as a much sought-after fiddle player who recorded parts for over 450 albums in various Nashville studios before deciding to take a stab at a solo career. Oddly enough, his own music is more Béla Fleck than Bill Monroe: O'Connor blends jazz arrangements with subtle folk and Bluegrass undertones to create his own rootsy ambiance.
