Clube spurred a slew of hit singles when it was released in Brazil in 1972. Co-written with Lo Borges, the disc is a soft-rock masterpiece (albeit one sung in Portuguese). The songs are lush and complex, and mix bits of Brazilian folk with warm American AM radio sounds. "Paisagem Da Janela" is an unheard pop beauty.
