Monumentum generate thick, turgid atmospheres with a bounty of hiding places for the daemons and bogeys of the imagination. Vocals even take on the ambient tones of Sopor Aeternus and Mortiis at times. So deeply steeped in entropic synths that it's difficult to tell if the guitars are live or not.
